City of Houston Smoking Ordinance: What Does it Mean?

As of September 1, 2007, the City of Houston will implement a new smoking ordinance, restricting smoking in enclosed public spaces, in enclosed workplaces, in seating areas at outdoor events, in covered public transportation facilities, and within 25 feet of building entrances and exits. (more…)
